12huat Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 12huat platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 12huat platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 12huat ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Anyone who does not meet this age requirement is strictly prohibited from registering or using our services. 12huat reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 12huat services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, contact the 12huat support team immediately.
12huat reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in restricted access or account suspension until the verification process is completed.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a 12huat user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from misusing the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to hack the system, using automated software (bots) to manipulate games, sharing your account with others, or engaging in any form of fraud.
Users are prohibited from using the 12huat platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity. Any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements.
You also agree not to post or distribute content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others while using this platform. 12huat reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure without prior notice, in the event of a serious breach of these usage rules.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 12huat platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name — transfers to or from third parties are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. You can check the latest limits within your user account. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and are typically completed within the timeframe indicated at the time of the request.
12huat is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotional terms. Deposits cannot be reversed once processed.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
12huat reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, actions that may compromise the integrity of the platform, or at the user's own request.
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no fraudulent activity, the legitimate balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method. If fraud is confirmed, 12huat reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled. Users who have closed their account are not permitted to re-register without prior written consent from 12huat.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The 12huat platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from technical errors, or fit for any particular purpose. Any service disruption resulting from system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control does not make 12huat liable for any losses incurred by users.
12huat is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes but is not limited to betting losses, data loss, or any related financial losses.
All intellectual property on the 12huat platform — including logos, designs, text content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 12huat or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of this intellectual property without prior written authorisation.
7. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
12huat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current applicable terms.
Any material changes that significantly affect user rights will be communicated via in-platform notifications or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
